Selectmen Meeting Minutes
February 25th, 2008
Present: B. Pratt, M. Genest, S. Schacht, W. Prokop, T. Feyrer, S. Cavanaugh, M. Elliott, A. King, D. Wright, M. Beausoleil, S. Beausoleil, S. Bonacci, M. Pon
1. The selectmen approved the minutes of the meeting of February 5th, 2008.
2. T. Feyrer presented awards to the officers of the Antrim Police Department. The Board of Selectmen expressed their appreciation to all the officers and the chief for the efforts on behalf of all the residents of Antrim.
3. The selectmen discussed the budget and warrant articles and agreed as to who would speak to each article at Town Meeting.
4. The selectmen reviewed various correspondences that have been received and approved the A/P and Payroll for the week.
5. The selectmen discussed the sale of the recently deeded property and have instructed the Town Administrator to proceed with sending notices to the previous owners.
6. The selectmen were advised of the Bennington Board's desire to have a joint meeting on the bridge work to be done on the Antrim/Bennington Bridge. They will invite the Bennington Board to the March 10th meeting.
7. The selectmen reviewed the proposed updates to the “Personnel Policy” and have instructed the Town Administrator to finalize them for signature by the selectmen.
8. The meeting adjourned at 7:30 P.M.
The next meeting will be held on March 10th, 2008 starting at 6:00 P.M.
